ABOUT CCET

The CU BOULDER CENTER FOR CRYO-ET (CCET) is part of an NIH Common Fund initiative to advance the application of cryoelectron tomography (cryoET). The network is dedicated to serving the research community by providing expertise in sample preparation and data collection.  CCET serves as a network spoke center for optimal sample preparation and screening for high-resolution data collection at the NIH funded network HUB located at the University of Wisconsin. In addition to CCET, the NIH Common Fund initiative also funded two other spoke centers, the NYSB spoke is located in New York, while the Stanford-SLAC spoke is located in California. All of the centers are accessible through competitive peer review of user proposals administered by the HUB and there are no geographical restrictions.  APPLY TO USE CCET
